LESSONS

Private lessons are offered in 30 & 60 minute time slots and are held weekly. Students should

arrive on time with all required materials. If the student arrives late, the lesson will end on time

and the time will not be made up. This policy ensures that lessons run on schedule.

SUPPLIES

Students should bring all books/Sticks/Instruments (guitar) and notebook to each lesson.

TUITION

Lessons are charged in blocks of 4 lessons. Payments are due in full at the start of each block

of lessons.

Lessons are per-paid. You will receive and invoice before the last lesson of 4.

A $15 late fee will be applied to any invoice that is 5 or more days past due. Lessons may be

discontinued until payments are current and any missed lessons will not be made up.

LESSON LENGTH & PAYMENT

4-30 minute lessons = $160

4-1 hour lessons = $250

ATTENDANCE

• 48 hours notice is required for all absences. Please login to jeffhowemusic.com/login and

click on a lesson to cancel and reschedule.

• Lessons that are not cancelled within 48 hours will not be rescheduled or refunded.

• Lessons cancelled with more than 48 hours will be given a makeup credit to use within 2

weeks after which it will expire.

• If Teacher is unable to make a lesson, he will give notice via email/text and make up the

lesson as soon as possible or credit the lesson fee to the next month’s lessons.

The Christmas, Easter, and 4th of July holidays will be observed and no lessons will be taught

or make ups offered.

TEACHER RESPONSIBILITY

The teachers responsibility is to provide a welcoming and fun atmosphere for learning. Lessons

are tailored to the students particular skills and direction will be given to the student regarding

how to practice outside of lessons. Professional standards will be maintained, and clear

objectives will be established for each student. It is the teacher’s goal to give the student the

best personalized music education.

RELEASE

I hereby release Jeff Howe from all liability from personal injury, property loss, or damages

resulting directly or indirectly from studio activities , lessons, virtual lessons, workshops, or

drum sticks. I give consent for my student (self) to participate in lessons held in person or via

Zoom online platform.

I have read and agree to the Release of Liability and ALL of the policies outlined in this

document.
